Ingredients
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, divided in half
1/4 lb pepperoni/salami
1/4 lb provolone
spinach - cook and drain well
ham or mozzarella - alternative choices
 

Instructions
On lightly floured board, roll each dough piece to a 9 inch square. Cover dough with thinly sliced layers of meat and cheese.
Pinch ends and long edge of dough together. Place lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with 1 beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
350 25-30 min
Slice thin. 2 Strombolis, 9-10 slices per stromboli
