     Shells and Spinach Bake

Ingredients
3 cups (8oz) shells, medium, uncooked
3-1/2 cups (32oz) spaghetti sauce
2 cups (1lb) ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups (8oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup spinach, chopped, fresh
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Cook shells, drain. Toss with 2-1/2 cups sauce. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
2-1/2 quart casserole layer 1/2 shell mixture; spread cheese filling over shells. Cover with remaining shells; top with remaining 1 cup sauce
Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 350 35-40 mins or until hot and bubbly
