3-1/2 cups (32oz) spaghetti sauce
|

2 cups (1lb) ricotta or cottage cheese
|

2 cups (8oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup spinach, chopped, fresh
|
|
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
|
|
3 eggs
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|

Instructions |

|
Cook shells, drain. Toss with 2-1/2 cups sauce.
In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

2-1/2 quart casserole layer 1/2 shell mixture; spread cheese filling over shells.
Cover with remaining shells; top with remaining 1 cup sauce
|

|
Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake 350 35-40 mins or until hot and bubbly
