In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the Chorizo and cook until lightly brown. Drain sausage on a paper towel lined plate. Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn heat to high and add shrimp. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn opaque. Add wine and cook for 2 minutes. Return chorizo to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle in parsley and heat through.

Place toast on plates. Spoon shrimp, chorizo and pan juices over toast.
