     Pumpkin Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond butter
4 oz. vanilla protein powder
1/2 maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
 
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 cup rolled oats
2 T chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan.
With mixer combine pumpkin purée, almond butter, protein powder, maple syrup and vanilla. Beat in eggs.
Stir in flour, baking soda and spices until smooth. Stir in oats. Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick insert comes out clean.
