     Tzatziki Sauce/Dip

Ingredients
2 persian style cucumbers, sliced into quarters lengthwise, sliced to thin matchsticks, fine chopped
1.5 cups low-fat (2%) Greek yogurt
zest and juice from 1 medium lemon
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. roasted granulated garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1T olive oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1T fresh mint leaves, finely minced
 
1T fresh flat leaf parsley, finely minced

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and mix well to combine.
Can be kept in tightly sealed container in refrigerator for up to a week.
Serving Suggestions
Serve immeidately with pita or veggies. Great as sauce over any Greek style meats.
