     Garlic Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs., ground turkey, thawed if frozen
1-1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic finely chopped
 

Instructions
Comgine turkey, coriander, salt, pepper and garlic in large bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands to distribute spices evenly.
Shape mixture into 16 equal patties. Refrigerate, covered, for up to several hours.
To cook patties: Lightly oil bottom of large skillet. Add just enough water to cover bottom. Add patties to skillet, making sure they do not touch. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat, turning once, until browned and cooked through, 10 - 15 minutes.
