     Baked chicken whole legs with potatoes and onions

Ingredients
About 6 chicken whole legs
5 large potatoes, cut in three pieces
Basil, fresh or dry
Rosemary (klin) fresh or dry
1 large onion
1 chicken cube
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
Salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Thaw the chicken whole legs well. With a knife if there is some fat under the skins of the chicken whole legs remove it. Set aside. Peel onion and slice it. Put it in a casserole or dish, place the chicken whole legs on the onion leave a few to scatter on top. Peel potatoes, rinse and cut in 3 pieces. Add the potatoes on top of the chicken whole legs. Meanwhile dissolve the chicken cube in a pan in a little water. Add it to the chicken dish, scatter the remaining of the onion, basil, rosemary and the chicken seasoning. Pour some water in the dish and sprinkle some vegetable oil on top of everything. Bake on hot oven 240c in the middle shelf for about 1 hr 45 minutes or till the potatoes and the chicken whole legs turns golden brown. Delicious --)
