Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp butter - melted
 

Instructions
1. Put the flour and the eggs in the mixing bowl. Add in milk and water and whisk together, then add the butter. Beat until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto the pan/skillet. Try to make the batter pour outwards evenly, forming a smooth circle.
3. Cook the crepe for about 1.5 minutes, or until the bottom is light brown. Turn over and cook the other side.
4. Add whatever toppings you would like! Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
My go-to toppings are pb and chocolate syrup on the inside, and then fold the crepe in half and put powdered sugar and whipped cream on the outside
