1 package taco seasoning (I use WF tequila lime seasoning to taste)
3 tbsp water, or as needed
Corn or flour tortillas
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add peppers and onion and cook until hot but still
slightly crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove from
skillet and set aside.
Pour remaining 1/2 tbsp oil into skillet and add
shrimp. Cook, stirring frequently until pink and
opaque. Reduce heat to low, and return the
peppers and onion. Stir in taco seasoning and
coat evenly. Simmer until peppers are heated.
Serve in warm corn or flour tortillas and garnish
with cheese, avocado, sour cream as desired.
