     Beef Stew

Ingredients
3-4lbs of meat, cut into chunks (roast beef or stew meat)
Flour
Knorrs beef stock gels (2)
Carrots - bite size
Potatoes - cubed
Green beans - bite size
Onions - pearl
Knorrs brown gravy mix
 
Instructions
Coat beef in flour, brown in pot. Add 6 cups water and 2 knorrs stock gels. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 1.5 hours covered.
Add vegetables and simmer low for 1 hour covered. Whisk gravy mix with small amount of water and add to the stew. Allow to thicken.
