In large mixing bowl, break up the potatoes O'Brien so they are not in clumps. Mix all ingredients till hash browns are coated with the sour cream and soup mixture. Grease 9x13 pan and place the potato mixture in pan and add crushed potato chips over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
