|
1. Peel and core apples and place in a large pot. Add water until its
just under the apples and bring to a boil.

2. Boil fruit until soft. shut off and let cool to room temperature.
Strain off the liquid and throw away the peels.
|
|
|
3. Measure out liquid and add appropriate sugar and lemon. Bring
to a boil and watch carefully that it doesn't boil over. Boil until
some of the water has evaporated and the back of a spoon is
coated.

4. Place into sterilized jars and process for 15 minutes to seal.
