     Dorothy's Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
1 fryer, boiled and cut into bite size pices (resrve stock)
1 bag Doritos (plain)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 cup grated American cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
 
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions
Crush Doritos and spread over bottom of 4-quart casserole. Pour enough chicken stock over these to soften. sauté onion well with bell pepper in a tablespoon of oil until clear; drain. layer chicken in dish. mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken (mix only half of cheese with this). Add remaining cheese the last 10 minutes of baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for about 30 minutes.
