     Cheddar Tater Tots

Ingredients
2lb potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Preheat oven 400 - roast potatoes until fork goes easily in. When cool (cold water bath) peel then shred with grater
add to a large bowl and use a fork to combine the rest of ingredients. Shape into tots and bake 425 25 minutes turning once.
