Kucken- Pour milk over butter, sugar and salt. When melted, add eggs slowly and vanilla. When mixture is lukewarm, add dissolved yeast. Mix well; gradually add flour. Knead gently. Place in greased bowl and cover with waxed paper. When doubled, turn out again and knead for about 1/2 minute. Again place in greased bowl and let double. Shape after second rising. No kneading. After shaping, let rise for 1 hour before baking.
