Preheat oven to 350.
Cut small slit in center of broccoli pouch. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, rotating pouch 1/4 turn halfway through. Set aside to cool slightly. Grease (or spray with Pam) 9X13 glass baking dish. In a large bowl, beat eggs, mustard, salt and pepper with a wire whisk until well blended. Stir in ham, onion, both cheeses, mushrooms and cooked broccoli with cheese sauce. Separate the dough into 5 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and arrange evenly in dish. Pour mixture over biscuit dough in dish. Press down with back of spoon to make sure each biscuit piece is covered with the egg mixture. Bake 40-50 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set.
