Ingredients
3 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 c milk
 

Instructions
Beat eggs, flour and salt until smooth. Add milk and beat until smooth. Cover and chill 1/2 to 1 hour. Stir batter well before using. To freeze, separate crepes in a stack with wax paper. Wrap air tight in heavy foil or freezer paper. Will keep 3 months.
