Core the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into cubes. Cook the pumpkin in boiling water until the pumpkin meat is soft. After, puree it with a bar mixer. Preheat the furnace until 190 degrees.
Add butter, sugar and the two eggs and mix it until it is foamy. Mix the pumpkin with spicery and add it to the dough. Mix the flour with baking powder , add it to the dough and stir it.
Set the papercases in the muffin plate .
The dough with help from a spoon enter into the paper cases.
Bake it 20-25 minutes.
After the muffins are cool down, you can they overdrawn with warmed quince jelly and garnish with love breads.
A fruity accent as garnish fits in any case.
