     Filled Hokkaido Pumpkin

Ingredients
650 g Hokkaido Pumpkin
200 g ground beef
one rod of leek
one tomato
one covenant of chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves
one tablespoon of tomato paste
two tablespoons of creme fraiche
100 g Feta cheese
 
cayenne pepper
salt
butter

Instructions
Cut the Pumpkin open. Remove the cores and scrape out the pulp until you have a 1cm thick wall. Put the hollowed-out pumpkin in the oven with its cover for about 15 minutes on 180 degrees. During this, wash and cut the leek, wash the tomato and cut it into little cubes, and cut the Feta cheese into Little cubes too.
Sear the ground Beef with the scraped out pumpkin flesh in butter. Add the vegetables and the tomato paste and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes. Stir in the cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, the salt and the creme fraiche. Take the pumpkin out of the oven. Fill in the ground beef mixture and sprikle the Feta cheese cubes over it.
Put the cover on top of the pumpkin and put it back into the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
