     CINNAMON FUDGE CAKE

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 stick buttrer
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
 
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
ICING
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Bring to boil in a pot - butter, oil, cocoa, and water. Combine sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon. Pour hot mixture over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased sheet cake pan. Batter will be quite thin. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
ICING - Five minutes before cake is done,melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Add milk. Remove from heat. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well and pour over hot cake.
