1/2 c. finely chopped onion or 2 T. dried minced onion
2 cans chili beans
1 package frozen corn
2 c. shredded cheese
Lettuce
Fritos
sour cream, salsa, tomatoes optional
Instructions
Brown beef with onion and drain off fat if necessary. Add beans, corn and cheese. Cook over medium heat until warm. Serve on a bed of lettuce and top with fritos. May add additional toppings as desired.
