     Banana Bread/Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened (1 cube)
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour (whole wheat is fine)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 bananas, mashed
 
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Instructions
Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in eggs. Add sour cream, milk and bananas. Mix until well combined. Stir in baking soda, flour and salt until well mixed. Pour into a greased bread pan or 24 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes for muffins or 50 minutes for bread. When toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean it is done.
May substitute 1/4 c. applesauce for half of the butter and decrease sugar to 3/4 c.
