Preheat oven to 475 Degrees.
Grate frozen butter and toss together with flour, in a medium
bowl.
Chill for 10 min.
Make a well in center of Mixture...add Buttermilk, stir 15 times.
Dough will be sticky.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
Sprinkle flour lightly over top of dough,
Roll dough to 3/4 in. thick rectangle
Fold dough in half so short ends meet, roll...repeat folding and
rolling process 4 more times.
Roll dough to 1/2 in. thickness.
Cut with a 2 1/2 in round cutter, reshaping scrapes and
reshaping as needed.
Place dough rounds on a parchment lined jelly roll pan.
Bake at 475 degrees for 15 min., until lightly brown.
Brush with melted butter.
