     Potato Bacon Chowder

Ingredients
8 slices of bacon
1 c onion (diced)
4 c cubed potatoes (cooked)
1 c water
1 c chicken broth
1 c sour cream
1 3/4 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
 
Instructions
Cut up bacon and fry. Saute onion in bacon grease.
Cook potatoes in 1 c of water. Drain.
Add bacon, onion and other ingredients and simmer.
