Wash the pumpkin and cut it into large cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
In a pan, heat the butter now. Add the pumpkin and onion cubes and cook it briefly.
Deglaze with a bit of white wine. Then add the vegetable broth, so that the pumpkin is lightly
covered. Once the pumpkin is soft, add cream and curry and puree everything creamy,
let it boil a little until the desired consistency is reached. Season it with salt, pepper,
a bit of nutmeg and sugar.
