|
In a large skillet, combine ground beef and onion; cook over
medium heat until beef is brown and crumbles. Drain well.

In a slow cooker, combine beef mixture and all other
ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
|
|
|
I cut some celery and extra carrots into the soup. If more liquid
is needed you can add chicken or beef broth.
