     Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
4 cups chopped crisp red apples (York or Fuji - NOT RED DELICIOUS)
1 cup pecans halved
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup raisins (plumped in hot water first)
Plain greek yogurt
Honey to taste
 

Instructions
Combine these into what looks like a balanced proportion. Mix greek yogurt with honey to taste and then mix into salad until lightly coated.
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes and serve. Also good the next day.
Serving Suggestions
Works as a salad or a dessert!
