     Caramel popcorn

Ingredients
3 3/4 qt. or 15 cups popped popcorn (measure cup by cup making sure there are no unpopped kernels)
1 c. Packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Butter (cut in cubes so it melts faster)
1/4 c. Light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 200.... Put popcorn in a large bowl. In sauce pan, heat sugar , butter, syrup and salt. Stirring , untill bubbly around edges. Continue cooking on med. heat for 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and stir in soda. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Pour out onto a cookie sheet and heat one hour , stirring every 15 minutes. Pour out on foil to dry.. The recipe says use 2 cookie sheets. When I make it I only use one and it works fine.
Serving Suggestions
I use Homestyle Pop secret popcorn. It takes about 3 bags or so.
