Boil chicken until no longer pink in center. Remove from pot & sit aside. Bring chicken water back to boil & cook pasta in it. Drain. Cut chicken into small pieces & add to noodles.
In separate bowl, mix together both soups & sour cream. Season with salt & pepper. Gently stir together with chicken & noodles. Place in baking dish.
Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat & stir in crackers. Top casserole.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins
