     Open Faced Apple Pie

Ingredients
6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
3 tbl flour
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c light cream
 

Instructions
Mix apples with flour, place in pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix eggs, sugar and cream together and pour over apples. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375degrees and cover pie loosely with foil. Bake for 35 minutes. (I lowered the temps for higher altitude and baked a little longer.)
