     (OZ) SPICE MIX - Mexican Seasoning

Ingredients
1 Tbl. CHILI POWDER
1 1/2 teas. ground CUMIN
1 teas. CORIANDER
1 teas. OREGANO
1 teas. ONION POWDER
1 teas. GARLIC POWDER
1/2 teas. coarse BLACK PEPPER
 
Instructions
Shake ingredients together in a covered container and transfer to a spice jar.
Shake well before each use. Use generously and add salt to taste.
Serving Suggestions
For Mexican-style dishes, sprinkle on Ground Beef for Tacos, Burritos, Nachos Grande, etc. or on Chicken for Fajitas, Quesadillas, etc.
