1/2 cup self-raising flour (I used wholemeal self-raising flour)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, until light and fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon,
pecans and the self-raising flour. Grease, muffin
tins and bake on 180c for 20-30 minutes. You can
double the recipe. Enjoy -)
