Mix cake mix, oil and egg until completely incorporated.

|
Roll mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
|
|
|
Bake at 350F for about 8 to 9 minutes (DO NOT OVERBAKE)
|
|
|
When cookies come out of the oven slightly press 1/2 of an Andes mint on top of each cookie. (or make a slight dent in the top of each cookie and drop chips on top). Allow to melt and then swirl with the back of a spoon.

Allow to cool completely before storing or stacking.
