Preheat oven to 400.
Lime large baking pan with foil and spray with non
stick spray.
Layer potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Bake
40-45 minutes until Brown.
In a small saucepan combine butter, rum, soy sauce,
chilli powder and garlic powder. Stirring
occasionally let sauce reduce by 1/4.
When potatoes are done place them on a serving dish
and pour sauce over them and sprinkle chopped
parsley over top.
