Melt butter and stir into chocolate wafers. Use this for the crust using a 8 inch pie plate. Save some to sprinkle on top of finished pie.
Melt marshmallows in milk, stirring constantly. Let cool in refrigerator and then stir in crème de menthe and crème de cocoa. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Serve it frozen.
