Melt chocolate, margarine and vanilla in a saucepan. Cool.
Mix eggs, sugar and flour in a bowl for 3 minutes. Fold in chocolate mixture and nuts. Put in a well greased and floured pan. Bake a 325 for 35 minutes. Frost with cool whip and garnish with shaved chocolate.
