Instructions
Mustard roast (I hate yellow mustard...but this is excellent!!) take a cheap cut beef roast (I like English chuck...one day want to try this on a brisket) on foil...slather...I mean lay it on....yellow mustard all over meat....season to taste (again...a bit of a bite for me) ***I'D like to BITE LD**** **OK back to recipe.**
cover roast completely with foil...air tight even place on top rack of grill...opposite side of burner that will be turned on the lowest possible setting leave on 2-3 hours..turning once or twice move (still on top rack) to side with burner on for an hour or so...make sure to puncture a little hole in foil at this point to let juices run/drip (turn a couple times) move to lowest rack (turning every 7-10 minutes) for about 30-45 minutes serve with or without a bbq sauce...mustard should have tenderized and should now be a crusty coating...no yellow at all
