Mustard roast
(I hate yellow mustard...but this is
excellent!!)
take a cheap cut beef roast (I like English
chuck...one day want to try this on a brisket)
on foil...slather...I mean lay it on....yellow mustard
all over meat....season to taste
(again...a bit of a bite for me)
