Heat oven to 400. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions on med. high; drain. Return meat mix to skillet and add Velveeta, cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 minutes.
Unroll dough onto a greased baking sheet. Press into a 15 x 8 rectangle. Top with meat mixture and roll up starting at long side. arrange seam side down. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
