     JEAN'S BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

Servings   1-1/2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 TBS. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
freshly ground pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
