8 oz uncooked pasta (medium shells, rotini, macaroni)
2 T. butter or coconut oil
2 c. broccoli, fresh or frozen
1/4 c. onion, diced
4 oz. ham, diced
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Cook and drain pasta according to packages directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet. Add broccoli, onion and ham. Saute until veggies are tender. Stir in pasta. For sauce, combine sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over pasta mixture. Cook over medium heat until warm.
