Mix the first two ingredients (2c pretzels and 2
Sticks melted butter) together. Put into a 13x9
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15mins. Beat the
next three ingredients (8oz cream cheese, 1c
sugar, 9oz Cool Whip) together and spread onto the
cooled crust. Mix the remaining ingredient, allow
to cool, and then spread over the cream cheese
layer. Refrigerate overnight.
