     Garibaldi's Apricot Chili Sauce

Crushed red pepper
Apricot preserve
 
Instructions
Combine above ingredients in a sauce pan to taste. Garibaldi's serves this over their fried flounder entree topped with fresh cilantro!! YUM!!
