Method- Sauce
Put cube, garlic cloves, oil, minced
beef, peas and some water in a pan to simmer.
Add polpa, herbs, salt and pepper and spices.
Add tomatoes paste and sugar. Leave to simmer
for some minutes. Meanwhile boil pasta. When
ready, drain pasta, leave it aside in a deep
pan. When sauce is ready add it to the pasta,
add the beaten eggs, grated cheese and the rise
cream. Mix all together. Greased a baking dish
and roll out pastry. Line the dish with the
pastry and pour the pasta mixture into it.
Cover the surface of the pasta with the pastry
and brush the surface with milk or beaten egg.
Bake for 45-60 minutes middle shelf. Enjoy --)
