     Banana Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
2 bananas, peeled
1 cup low-fat vanilla or low-fat banana yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
20 large ice cubes
 

Instructions
1)Place bananas, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in blender. Blend until smooth.
2)Add a little ice at a time, blend until smooth.
3)Serve immediately.
4)Enjoy
Serving Suggestions
Makes 4, 8 oz. glasses.
