Slice chicken into strips. Toss with Mexican Seasoning Slice red pepper and onion. Cook Chicken in ActiFry for 8 - 10 minutes with half the oil. Stir with wooden spoon half way through to separate Remove chicken and put vegetables. Drizzle with remaining oil Cook vegetables for 10 minutes Add chicken back to ActiFry with vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes Put chicken and vegetable mixture on tortilla, top with salsa, cheese and sour cream.
