Ingredients
567g unsalted butter softened
340g dark brown sugar
198g sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
411g ap flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
468g rolled oats
 
227g raisins (or more)
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Dry ingredients. Finally stir in oats and raisins. Use 1 ounce disher. Bake for 15-17mins at 375degF(190degC)
