     Easy Peach Cobbler

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   6 portions
Preptime   15 min & 45 min bake

Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup sugar (used 1/2 cup)
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 can 420g peach slices (drained)
4 tblspoon peach juice
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup milk

Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle the top

Instructions
First time that I have made the Easy Peach Cobbler, and it's really good, never taste it before! Put stick butter in a baking dish and place it in the oven on 190c to melt. While butter is melting, mix the dry ingredients, add milk, beaten egg and the vanilla essence except the sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on top. When the butter started to get brown in color remove from oven. Pour batter mixture down the center of the dish. Using a slotted spoon quickly scatter the peach slices over the batter mixture, don't mix the batter mixture then pour juice down the center. Bake for 45 minutes on 190c. Get it out from oven, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and put it back for another 15 minutes more. You can serve it warm with whip up (Angel Delight) or ice-cream. Enjoy the taste really good! -)
Serving Suggestions
At tea time or coffee time or as a desert after a meal
