Take out 3 bowls. In separate bowls put 1-2 eggs, a hand full of bread crumbs
and a hand full of flour. Take the chicken breast and dip into the flour, then dip
it into the egg and finally into the bread crumbs. Repeat this for
the rest of your chicken. When finished cut up your veggies and
cook them to your liking. Heat up your frying pan, add a some oil
and add your chicken. Cook on high, if cooked too low the bread
crumbs will soak up the oil. Repeat until all of your chicken is
cooked. Mash your potatoes, heat up your gravy and serve.
