Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips over double boiler or in small glass bowl in microwave, stirring at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in Baker's Brew Coffee Spice and sea salt.

In large mixing bowl, combine rice chex, and crushed pretzel pieces/mini grahams. Pour melted chocolate over mixture and toss well to coat. Pour out onto baking sheet in flat layer.

Sprinkle immediately with crushed chocolate covered espresso beans and white chocolate chips, evenly distributing. Sprinkle with Vanilla Bean Sugar.

|
Refrigerate to allow chocolate to harden, about an hour. Evenly distribute into cellophane bags tied with ribbon to give as gifts. Yields 4 servings.
