     Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chili powder
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
Heat oil in sauce pan to medium heat. Whisk in flour and chili powder. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to whisk till slightly browned. Gradually whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
